I’m Rachel and I’ve been living on a wheat free diet for some years now. Luckily for me I’m only intolerant to wheat and not gluten.

It wasn’t until I started cutting wheat out of my diet that I realized how many foods have wheat in them. Although I felt much better in myself I did miss a lot of my old foods. Over the years I’ve found a lot of wheat free food alternatives and the choice gets better all the time. Here in my blog I share some of my finds.

As I can eat gluten some of my entries are foods which are wheat free but not gluten free. Where possible I will state whether the foods are also gluten free.
